Judy Sweeney launched JSR to offer clients her unique perspective from more than 30 years of enterprise software marketing and research. In her last executive role, she was Vice President of Research for Taleo, providing thought leadership to the human capital management industry. Before that, she was Senior Vice President of Research for AMR Research, leading a team of analysts known for their expertise in human capital management, enterprise applications and infrastructure and supply chain. Judy’s specific research focused on HCM, midmarket ERP and lean manufacturing.


Prior to joining AMR Research, Judy was vice president of product marketing at QAD, Inc., where she conducted market research and developed product strategy. Earlier in her career, Judy worked in product management and product marketing at a number of ERP vendor companies including Marcam, Ross Systems, Dunn and Bradstreet Software, and Cullinet.


Judy has been quoted in various industry trade publications and was a member of the Open Applications Group. She was a trustee for the University of Massachusetts and served on a state committee to study the reorganization of public higher education in Massachusetts. Judy holds a B.S. in Management from the University of Massachusetts.

 

Wendy Allen is a dynamic software marketing professional with more than 15 years’ experience working with hundreds of companies to improve visibility and penetration in the marketplace. Grounded in strategy, Wendy blends creativity and a focus on flawless execution to deliver marketing, public relations and advertising campaigns for global and local companies ranging from the Fortune 100 to venture funded start-ups.


Previously, Wendy was director of global marketing for QAD. Here, she implemented a significant re-branding of the company, increasing visibility in the marketplace and helping the company drive a 300-percent stock price increase in three years. Before QAD, Wendy was a vice president at Blanc & Otus, a leading high-technology public relations agency. In her 4 years with the agency, she launched more than 40 venture-funded enterprise software startups into the marketplace. Wendy has also represented companies including IBM Software, 3M and Oracle.


Wendy holds a B.A. in English Literature from Loyola Marymount University.
